The Transformation Blueprint isn’t like other weight loss programs. It's actually a coaching program that helps you uncover why you haven't been able to lose weight and keep it off. We take your transformation to a whole new level in this program as we work on your needs and how you're meeting them (your coping skills) as we redefine what health, fitness, wellness, nutrition mean to you. We get underneath the issues that are holding you back from getting the results you want and teach you how to build willpower, resilience, dedication, determination.

I spent most of my life gaining and losing the same 40 pounds with quick-fix diets that never got to the bottom of why I kept gaining it right back. I finally learned that my mindset wasn’t in the right place to lose the weight and keep it off. I wanted the results but I didn't want to change. I wanted the results but I didn't realize that I was constantly sabotaging myself because of my mindset and how I felt about myself.

I did it all:

  • because I hated how I looked.
  • I never felt good enough.
  • I thought if I looked a certain way, I’d be happier.

But the mindset of being unhappy with myself and my appearance didn’t get me anywhere. Instead, it was the very thing that kept me getting the results I wanted. And it was ultimately changing how I viewed myself, weight loss, fitness, nutrition that got me the results I wanted.

For years, I had been lied to—diets, diet pills, self-hate and not-good-enough propaganda. Add to that the media images and messages that drown out any possibility of being considered attractive if you have even the slightest flaw. I believed it all. I believed I wasn't good enough unless...

Until one day, after a decade of battling eating disorders and self hate, I knew there had to be a better way. When we ask better questions, we get better answers. I found the answers I needed. I knew the constant dieting had to go. Instead, I decided to change my mind about everything. I decided to practice self-love and self-acceptance instead of self-hate. It was weird at first. But it started to work. And it changed everything for me!

The short of it is, I stopped chasing results and started chasing health. I stopped agonizing about the number on the scale and started making the right choices because they were the right choices—not because I wanted to drop two pounds on the scale so I could binge on pizza the following weekend, or get the guy, or the job, or whatever it was I thought I could get that was outside of me.

When I stopped looking for my worth on the scale, when I gave up doing it “for now” to lose that extra winter weight, when I got serious and showed up for myself and made it about my health, the weight came off.

And that’s the exact approach in the Transformation Blueprint. The consistency, the motivation, the mindset work to help you change how you view exercise and nutrition, to help you uncover what's really going on behind the scenes so you can create a map, blueprint, for yourself that's specific to you.

This is where you start to understand why you do what you do, what's been inside of you for so long it might be buried so deep that you don't even realize it's still an issue. I remember realizing one of the biggest things in my way I thought I had dealt with it and it was a "non issue"... not only was it an issue, as it turned out it was THE biggest issue I had going on. During this program we learn how our mindset works and why it is that something that's causing us so much grief is something we often cannot even see.

We'll find those stories about why you can't and turn them into the reasons of why you can.
